Earlier this year, Subaru announced that it was moving the production of the 2017 Impreza to the land of the free and now the Subaru 2017 Impreza is finally rolling out of the factory lines for the buyers. For fans and enthusiasts that have been patiently waiting for its arrival, Christmas may have arrived early as they can now get their hands on the new model.

The fifth-gen model is based on a new platform that will be used for the entire Subaru range.

This brand is looking to shed its conservative image and target younger buyers, particularly women.

Its new engine has only gained four more horses but it was also able to obtain a higher compression rate of 12.5:1 for the motor’s direct injection. Furthermore, the fuel efficiency has also gone up and it now stands at 28 and 38 miles per gallon in the city and on the highway respectively.

According to report, the 2017 Subaru Impreza is available in four trims from the base 2.0i, Premium, Limited and Sport. The new 2017 Subaru Impreza has prices starting from the $18,395, $21,195, $21,995 and $24,095 for the base 2.0i, Premium, limited and Sport trims respectively.
