Motorola Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus smartphone was launched in May 2016 and the good news is that it will now be available for customer to purchase. Motorola Moto series is budget to high end smartphone series. The Moto G4 gets the model number XT1622. The Moto G4 smartphone have 5.5-inch Full HD displays, Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processors, 5 MP front-facing cameras and 3,000 mAh batteries. While The ‘Moto G4 Plus’ model, presumably being bigger and more powerful, will also feature the square fingerprint sensor on the chin.
The Moto G4 has 2 gigabyte of RAM, 16 gigabyte of storage, and a 13 MP camera, likely similar to the one on the current Moto G model while Moto G4 Plus packs 2 gigabyte RAM / 16 gigabyte ROM & 3 gigabyte RAM / 32 gigabyte ROM and a fingerprint sensor and a 16 MP rear camera.
Like Moto G4, the new Moto G4 is also powered by Snapdragon 617 Up to 1.5 GHz Octa-Core (8x ARM Cortex A53), 28 nm LP CPU process technology and Qualcomm Adreno 405 GPU 550 MHz. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Additional features include Bluetooth and 4.1Wi-Fi Qualcomm VIVE 1-stream 802.11n/AC with MU-MIMO.
Motorola has also announced Moto G Play, Which an economical version of Moto G 4th Gen series. It has a 5-inch 720p 1280×720 294ppi pixels display. Under the hood, it has a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset with 2 gigabyte of LPDDR3 Ram and Adreno 306 GPU. On the camera department, it has got a 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera with f/2.2 aperture lens. System side it has got Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box along with Motorola’s tradition stock Android UI experience.
