If Logitech’s no-lag wireless gaming keyboard converted you into a fan of no-wires gaming, you may love Corsair’s new offerings. The peripheral-maker has released a handful of gadgets at CES 2018, which include a wireless gaming keyboard of its personal, as well as a (huge) mousepad that doubles as a Qi charger.
Corsair MM1000 Qi Wireless Charging Mouse Pad Design
The MM1000 is an innovative and versatile mousepad that measures 14.7 x 10.2 x 0.2 inches and weighs 1.87 ounces. As shown in the images, the mouse pad shows off a large rectangular surface that allows you to comfortably use your gaming mouse during any gaming session, and the micro-textured hard surface is tuned for all optical and laser mice. Of course, it perfectly works with Corsair Dark Core wireless gaming mouse.
Corsair MM1000 Qi Wireless Charging Mouse Pad Features
Unlike Powerplay mouse pad that uses energy field technology to wirelessly charge Logitech gaming mice, MM1000 features Qi wireless charging, a more generic wireless technology. Therefore, you can easily place your Qi-enabled wireless gaming mouse or other Qi-enabled mobile devices in the upper right corner of the mousepad for charging.
Furthermore MM1000 also comes with USB micro-B, USB-C and Lightning Qi charging adapters that allow it to charge more mobile devices. Moreover, an extra USB 3.0 pass-through port allows it to connect with various USB gadgets, and a built-in LED indicator displays charging status at a glance.
