New Delhi: Kanta Prasad, the owner of ‘Baba Ka Dhaba’ located in Malviya Nagar, South Delhi, has been discharged from Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital. He was admitted to the hospital after Delhi after 17 Jean attempted suicide where his condition was initially critical. Kanta Prasad, 81, had consumed sleeping pills mixed with alcohol, after which his health deteriorated and he was immediately taken to the hospital. At present Baba is resting at home.

Baba’s condition had deteriorated so much that he had to be put on ventilator. According to the police, Kanta Prasad is being called by several people asking him to apologize to YouTuber Gaurav Vasan, after which he got so upset that he decided to end his life and tried to commit suicide. No case has been registered in this regard yet.

After returning home, Kanta Prasad said, ‘I was discharged from the hospital on Thursday. I wish Gaurav Vasan to be happy always and leave us on our own terms. However, Vasan told PTI, ‘How would I know who are calling him and why are they asking me to apologize? When I saw him apologizing to me in the media, I went to meet him. He apologized to me. I felt bad and told him that he is big and not to do this.’

After this Baba also opened a restaurant of his own but soon the restaurant came in loss and because of this Baba had to close it. After this Kanta Prasad came to his old place i.e. Baba’s Dhaba. In the past, he had told that he had made a mistake by opening the restaurant.
