It is reported that a high-speed train will soon run between Delhi and Ayodhya in Ayodhya, ready to make its mark on the world tourism map. The superfast train will reduce the travel time between Delhi and the holy city to just three hours.

Anoop Kumar Agrawal, executive director of the National High Speed ​​Rail Corporation, had visited Ayodhya last week to finalize the site for the railway station. He said there are plans to directly connect the city of Lord Ram with the national capital. The survey has been done and the plan has also been approved by the Centre.

130 km railway track connecting Ayodhya to Lucknow will be laid

A 130 km railway track connecting Ayodhya to Lucknow will be laid, which will be part of the 941.5 km high-speed railway corridor connecting Delhi to Varanasi via Agra-Lucknow-Allahabad. A part of the high-speed train railway corridor could be underground in Lucknow and Agra, the official said.

He said, “National High Speed ​​Rail Corporation will start the work as soon as it gets the no-objection certificate from AAI. The project will take seven years to complete.” A team of Speed ​​Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) had gone to Ayodhya and held a meeting with the district officials on land acquisition for the project.
