YouTuber Karl Rock is accused of doing business in the name of tourism visa and that is why he has been blacklisted by the government. Carl has sought help from his country’s PM Jacinda Ardern against this decision and has also moved the Delhi High Court.

On Friday, he put out a video on YouTube and captioned the video “Why I haven’t seen my wife for 269 days”, in which he claimed that he had to be separated from his wife Manisha Malik and his family as a result of being blacklisted by the Indian government. Have to live apart. At the same time, the Indian government said that he has been blacklisted for violating several visa norms, including doing business on tourist visa.
Carl’s wife moved the High Court
At the same time, Karl’s wife has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court seeking to remove his name from the black list. According to the petition, Carl Rock has been coming to India since 2013 and holds the citizenship of both New Zealand and India. Rock also said that he has not been given the reason for suspending his visa to India. He said his visa was suspended in October 2020 when he was traveling from India to Dubai and Pakistan at the airport. He further said that he has written several times to the High Commissioner of India in New Zealand and the Ministry of Home Affairs in India since the suspension of his visa.
