Nairobi : In Kenya, 17 soldiers were killed after a helicopter crashed on the outskirts of Nairobi. These soldiers were traveling to take part in a training exercise. A police officer gave this information. Six people were evacuated in critical condition from the crash site in Ole-Tepesi in Kajiado County, the official said Thursday. The official spoke on condition of anonymity as he is not authorized to speak to the media.
23 soldiers were on board the helicopter
Kenya’s military has confirmed the accident but did not give details. The accident took place on Thursday and 23 soldiers were on board the helicopter, a police official said.
