Rani Mukerji new film: Rani Mukerji will return on the film screen, the story of mother’s fight against a country! Rani Mukerji to come back on cinema screen with Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway film

Mumbai: Rani Mukerji has left India to start shooting for her next much-awaited theatrical film, Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway! Touted as an untold story about the journey of a mother’s fight against an entire nation, the film will be directed by Ashima Chhibber of Mere Dad Ki Maruti.

A trade insider says, “Rani is going to start shooting for the film in the next few days. She has done intense preparations for the film, which will unfold in due course of time and one can expect a stellar performance from Rani Mukerji as Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway is a full writer backed role for her. Rani will be out of the country for more than a month for this shoot. She is looking forward to start this project which is very close to her heart.

During the announcement of the film, Rani had said, “Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway is a true human story and is a film dedicated to all mothers. It is indeed one of the most amazing scripts that I have read in a long time and I immediately decided to do this particular film.’

The project is being produced by Nikhil Advani of Emmay Entertainment and Zee Studios. Let us tell you that Bollywood actress Rani Mukerji has been a well-known name for many films like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. She also made a comeback on the silver screen with the film Mardaani after marriage.
