Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana Serial Title Track Story: “My house has a simple address, this house which is there is open from all sides. No knock required, no sound. There is no door to my house, there are missing walls and no roof. There is strong sunshine friend, the shadow of your aanchal is chura ke jeena hai, jeena jeena zindagi zindagi, O life come to my house.” This heart touching song has the lyrics which was penned 42 years ago today.

This song of Jaidev, who gave countless evergreen songs to Hindi cinema, was included in the 1979 film Dooriyan. This song was written by well known poet, Shayar Sudarshan Faakir. Sudarshan Fakir’s Ghazals were sung by Begum Akhtar and Jagjit Singh. Born in Jalandhar in 1934, many of Sudarshan’s ghazals were included in Bollywood films. The song was sung by Bhupinder Singh and Anuradha Paudwal.

After 42 years, this song is once again in the news and due to this the new serial ‘Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana’ of Star Plus (Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana) which is going to start from 26th July. This serial starring Esha Kansara and Hasan Zaidi is in discussion for its beautiful promo and title song. The title song of this song is the same as it was in the 1979 film Dooriyan, but it has been slightly recreated. The title track of the serial is sung by renowned singer Shreya Ghoshal. The makers released the entire song on YouTube so it is really heartwarming.

who was jaydev

Born on August 3, 1918 in Nairobi, Kenya, Jaydev moved to Ludhiana with his family. In the year 1933, when he was 15 years old, he fled from home to Mumbai to become an actor. Here he played the role of a child artist in eight films. After that he took music lessons. When his father lost his eyesight, he came back to Ludhiana. After some time the father died, then he returned to Mumbai to fulfill his dream and became a music director and composer. First he was the assistant of SD Burman and then the music director of Chetan Aandan’s film Joru Ka Bhai.

Won National Award thrice

Jaidev was the first music director of Hindi cinema who received three National Awards. He composed, composed songs for many films. Talking about his films, we both had dozens of films like Kinere Kinere, Mujhe Jeene Do, Reshma Aur Shera, Gaman. He received the National Award for Aankhi, Gaman and Reshman and Shera.
