‘Jodha Akbar’ and ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ actor Lokendra Singh Rajawat is going through a tough time. Lokendra Singh Rajawat, 50, lost his leg last week. Actually, one leg of actor Lokendra had to be amputated due to diabetes. Yes, according to reports, the operation of one leg of the TV actor lasted for a full 5 hours and after which the doctors separated him from the body.

Lokendra Singh Rajawat’s leg had to be amputated due to the high stress level. His blood sugar level was too high for danger. Due to which there was no choice left, the doctors decided to amputate the leg.

Lokendra Singh Rajawat said, ‘I could not do anything, I was doing such a good job before Kovid. But due to the Corona epidemic, the work gradually started decreasing. Due to this, financial problems started coming in the house. After some time I had a small wound in my leg which at the beginning I ignored it. But when he did not know when it turned into gangrene. The situation came such that the only way to save my life was to amputate my leg.

10 years ago the actor came to know about diabetes
TV actor Lokendra Singh Rajawat’s 5-hour surgery was performed at Bhaktivedanta Hospital, Mira Road, Mumbai. Lokendra told that I wish I had taken care of this when my diabetes started about 10 years ago. We actors often don’t have a fixed schedule while shooting and our erratic lunch hours and work hours have a bad effect on our health. It adds to the tension. All this leads to diabetes, not just the reason for diabetics to be fond of sweets.

The actor told that I have got financial help through Sinta. Actors are calling to know about my health and to motivate me. Apart from ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ and ‘Jodha Akbar’, Lokendra has also done several other shows- CID, Crime Patrol. The senior actor was also seen in Ranbir Kapoor starrer ‘Jagga Jasoos’ and Meezaan Jaffrey’s film ‘Malaal’. Plans are now being made to fit a prosthetic leg.
