The police have started their investigation by registering a case against two ghosts on the complaint of the man. The 35-year-old told police that he encountered a “gang” of ghosts, two of whom have threatened to kill him. The victim has appealed to the police to save his life.

Despite the strange request, the police did enough to save the man from further distress. The victim seemed to be mentally disturbed and the police accepted his application. In his complaint to the police sub-inspector, the man narrated how a gang of ghosts had come to him while he was working in his farm.

PSI Mayanksingh Thakor, who was on duty in Pavagadh told TOI, “He was very agitated. It was clear that he was behaving abnormally. We took his application and helped him pacify him. The police also contacted the victim’s family, who revealed that the man was undergoing mental treatment and had not taken his medicine for the past 10 days.

When the police spoke to him again on Monday, he told the PSI that he ran away to the police station as he felt that the ghosts would not dare to harass him there. The police have asked his family to ensure that he continues to take his medicines regularly so that such behavior does not happen again.
