Mumbai: Actress Kirti Kulhari recently spoke about being dropped from a South film several years ago when she was going through the lowest experience of her life. After the sudden change, the actress felt as if her life and dreams had come to an end. Kirti Kulhari made her Bollywood debut in 2010 with ‘Khichdi: The Movie’. She is known for films like Shaitan, Pink, Mission Mangal and Uri: The Surgical Strike.

While talking to RJ Siddhartha Kannan, Keerthi said, ‘There was a time when I felt that I was losing everything. This happened around 2009. I had got a South Indian film and it so happened that in my personal life, I was going through the worst time ever. I was going through depression. I remember when this was happening and I got this film, I went for a photoshoot for the film. After coming back from this, these people never called me to shoot with them.’

The actress further added, ‘I was replaced. I didn’t realize it then. I don’t know how bad I looked but I think people can see it. I was replaced overnight. It made me feel for the first time that this was the end. Like, can’t come out of this and I’m gonna be here, and this is going to be my life. it was very scary.’
