Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her family have been making headlines ever since her husband Raj Kundra was detained in an alleged case. Now Shilpa’s mother Sunanda Shetty is in the headlines for filing a complaint of cheating. As per the latest update, Sunanda has filed a complaint regarding a land deal. Accused Sudhakar Ghare allegedly sold the land to Sunanda for Rs 1.6 crore using forged documents.

Giving information about the same, news agency ANI tweeted, ‘Mumbai Police- Shilpa Shetty’s mother Sunanda Shetty filed a fraud complaint against a person named Sudhakar Ghare in the land deal case. The accused had sold the land to Sunanda with the help of forged documents. 1.6 crore for Rs. A case has been registered under relevant sections of IPC.

Here Raj Kundra is presently in judicial custody. The Mumbai Police has arrested him as a key conspirator in making and publishing obscene movies on the app – Hotshots. Reportedly, the residence of Shilpa and Raj was raided last week. Shilpa’s statement was also recorded in connection with the matter.

Recently, a fine of Rs 3 lakh has been imposed on Shilpa and Raj. The Securities and Exchange Board of India fined Vian Industries, the company of the couple and the businessman, for violating insider trading rules. ANI had tweeted that SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) has imposed a fine of Rs 3 lakh on actress Shilpa Shetty, her husband and businessman Raj Kundra’s company Viaan Industries for violating its insider trading rules.
