sword to Lord Balaji | Tirupati: Devotee donates Rs 1-crore sword to Lord Balaji of Tirupati

Tirupati : A devotee from Hyderabad on Monday presented a sword made of two kilograms of gold and three kilos of silver to Lord Venkateswara at the Tirumala hill temple near Tirupati. A temple official gave this information. He told that the business devotee offered Surya Katari to the Lord. The sword was obtained by A Venkata Dharma Reddy, Additional Executive Officer, Tirumala-Tirupati Devasthanam, the official said. This sword is made of two kilograms of gold and three kilograms of silver and its cost is one crore rupees.
