Kabul/Islamabad: The Taliban are marching near the CM House in Quetta and celebrating the killing of Afghans through their terror activities with the support of the Pakistani military establishment. Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Hanif Atmar warned Pakistan that instead of defending the Taliban, the neighboring country should “shut down Taliban shelters and immediately cut off Taliban funding sources”.
Mohsin Dawar, Member National Assembly NA-48-North Waziristan, who has a Verifite Twitter account, confirmed that Taliban terrorists are roaming freely in Pakistan and alleged that such incidents are possible only with the consent of the authorities.
Dawar tweeted, “Taliban terrorists roam freely in different parts of Pakistan including Quetta. Such brazenness is not possible without the consent of the state. There is open support for the Afghans and the killers of thousands of our people. .
A man identified as Sanaullah Achakzai posted a video on his Twitter account in which several Taliban supporters are seen roaming freely in Quetta, waving flags and raising slogans in support of the Afghanistan-based group.
Taliban flag hoisted
Meanwhile, the Taliban flag was hoisted over the border with Afghanistan in Balochistan province. Images on social media claimed that the flag was raised above the Spin Boldak crossing near Kandahar. Pakistan has closed the border with Afghanistan following reports that the Taliban had captured Spin Boldak, a cross-border point in Afghanistan. The Imran Khan administration has announced that it will not take sides in the war-ravaged country as US-led NATO troops withdraw.
