Indian Origin Justin Narayan wins Master Chef Australia 13: This year many eyes were on MasterChef Australia. The season was also attended by some chefs of Indian origin like Deepinder Chhibber and Justin Narayan. The duo brought the heritage of Indian spices and cooking to the Australian show, and in the meantime, Justin has made his people in India proud.
The 27-year-old chef surpassed Kishwar Choudhary and Pete Campbell to win the Master Chef Australia 13 trophy! He is the second Indian-origin chef to win this title.
Along with the Golden Cup, Justin also won prize money of $250,000, which in Indian Rupees is valued at around Rs 1.8 crore. In an Instagram post, he wrote, ‘Find people who believe in you. Work hard and hopefully you’ll surprise yourself! I love you whoever is reading this.’
In another video shared by the makers, Justin can be heard saying, ‘I have just won MasterChef Season 13, Year 2021. This is a real feeling. It’s going to take a while to sink in. I look forward to partying. Many thanks to the judges, to the other contestants – Pete, Kishwar too. It has been the best experience of my entire life.

Justin is actually a first generation Australian with Fiji and Indian parents, and his food reflects both of these countries. His dream is reportedly to own an Indian restaurant, where he gets an opportunity to serve dishes that are typical of India.
