PM kisan status, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana | PM Kisan Yojana : Check important updates online before the release of 9th installment

The Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme was started by the Government of India from 1 December 2018 for direct financial help to the farmers. Under this scheme, small and marginal farmer families having combined land/ownership of up to 2 hectares will be provided an assistance of Rs.6,000 per year in three equal installments of two thousand each. The State Government and Union Territory Administration will identify the farmer families who are eligible for assistance as per the scheme guidelines. The assistance amount is directly transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.

The Central Government had released the eighth installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi to help the farmers on 14 May 2021. Over Rs 19,000 crore has been directly transferred to the bank accounts of farmers. It directly benefited about 10 crore farmers. It may take a few days for the amount to be transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries. However the farmer can check PM-kisan installment, status, list etc.

The farmers who have received eight installments need not apply for the 9th installment. They will get the 9th installment directly in their bank accounts in due course. How to check PM Kisan Scheme latest installment details?

1. Visit the official site www.pmkisan.gov.in.
2. Click on Farmers Corner given on the homepage of the official website.
3. Click on the option Beneficiary List.
4. Select your State, District/Sub-District, Block and Village details correctly.
5. Click on the option to receive reports.
6. Click on the beneficiary list that appears on the screen.
7. Check your name and confirm.
8. Return to the homepage of PMkisan.
9. Click on the Beneficiary Status button again.
10. Enter your Aadhar card details or mobile number, or your account number.
11. Click on Get Date button.
12. The status of your installment payment will appear on the screen.

12 crore farmers across the country have benefited from PM KISAN scheme. PM Kisan Yojana provides financial assistance to the farmers irrespective of the size of their holdings. The scheme provides minimum income support of up to Rs.6,000 to farmers across the country. The amount is directly transferred to the bank account of the farmers.
