Gold/Silver Rate Today 14 July 2021 : Gold prices rose again while silver declined. In the national capital, gold on Wednesday rose marginally by Rs 23 to Rs 47,024 per 10 grams. It had closed at Rs 47,001 per 10 grams on the previous trading day. Silver has fallen by Rs 399 to Rs 67,663 per kg. It had closed at Rs 68,062 a kg on Tuesday. The futures prices of both have also increased. In the international market, gold was trading higher at USD 1,812 an ounce and silver at USD 26.02 an ounce.

According to the website of India Bullion and Jewelers Association (ibjarates.com), the price of gold increased by Rs 204. While the price of silver increased by Rs 215. Gold futures prices rise

Gold prices on Wednesday rose by Rs 106 to Rs 47,995 per 10 grams in the local futures market as speculators created fresh positions on firm spot demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold for delivery in August rose by Rs 106, or 0.22%, to Rs 47,995 per 10 grams. It had a turnover of 8,446 lots. Market experts said buying of fresh positions by the traders led to gains in gold futures prices. Internationally, gold prices rose 0.20% to $1,813.50 an ounce in New York.

Silver futures prices rise

Silver prices on Wednesday rose by Rs 19 to Rs 69,100 per kg in futures trade as participants widened their positions on firm spot demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver futures for delivery in September rose by Rs 19, or 0.03%, to Rs 69,100 per kg. The futures contract was traded for 11,189 lots. Market experts said the rise in silver futures prices was due to buying of fresh positions by traders due to a bullish trend in the domestic market. Internationally, silver rose by 0.02% to USD 26.15 an ounce in New York.
