New Delhi : The Olympics began on Friday at the National Stadium in Tokyo, Japan. For the first time, the Olympics are being held without spectators. Spectators will not be allowed to enter Tokyo’s National Stadium due to COVID-19. Meanwhile, Amul has celebrated the occasion in its own style.
Amul has dedicated its artwork this time to two mascots, ‘Miraitova’ and ‘Somiti’. Miraitowa is the mascot for the Tokyo Olympics this year, while Samiti is for the Tokyo Paralympics. Amul’s artwork is being well-liked on the internet amid the start of the Olympics. One user wrote, ‘East or West, Amul is the best.’ Another user said, ‘Ever since I started understanding things, I have become a fan of Amul’s commercials.’
