Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Upcoming twist: The upcoming episodes of Star Plus popular serial Gum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein are going to be very interesting. New conspiracies of Patralekha (Aishwarya Sharma) will be seen in the serial. Pakhi i.e. Patralekha is not liking the coming closer of Virat (Neil Bhatt) and Sai (Ayesha Singh). On the occasion of Sai’s birthday, she has found a weapon with which she will try to bring differences in Virat and Sai’s relationship.

Pakhi’s heart is badly broken by the pomp with which Virat celebrated Sai’s birthday and Virat expressed his love for Sai. She has accused Virat of being completely Saiee. She is not able to digest the fact that what was once hers has become the whole of Sai today. When Sai did not return home till late evening, the next day of his birthday, Pakhi made many allegations against him.
