The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has confirmed on Thursday that an Indian cricketer has been infected with Kovid-19. Although the board did not officially announce Pant’s name, media reports suggest that the wicketkeeper-batsman has not accompanied the team to Durham as he has been hit by the coronavirus.
