Raj Kundra: New twist in pornography racket case, Raj Kundra’s Varanasi link surfaced, Porn app case: Mumbai police to quiz Raj Kundra Varanasi partner

Mumbai : A new twist has come to the fore in the Porn App Case. In the investigation of this case, the Varanasi link of Raj Kundra has come to the fore. It is understood that a team of Mumbai Police may visit Varanasi in the coming days. During interrogation, the police have come to know that a business associate of Kundra is a resident of Varanasi. Now this link of Kundra has come under scrutiny. Actually, Mumbai Police is investigating the pornography content case from many angles. Investigation also revealed that one of Kundra’s associates is a resident of Kanpur.

Court accepts Sherlyn Chopra’s anticipatory bail application
The Bombay High Court has accepted the anticipatory bail application of actress Sherlyn Chopra in the Raj Kundra case. The court has directed the police not to take any coercive action against the actress till September 20. Actually, the property cell of Mumbai Police has sent a notice to Sherlyn for questioning. After receiving the notice, the actress approached the High Court. The actress is to appear before the police on July 27.

Hearing on Kundra’s bail application to be held today
The Bombay High Court will hear the bail application of actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra today. In this application, Kundra has sought bail for himself challenging the police custody. The period of police custody of Kundra (45) ends today. Kundra was arrested in this case on July 19. Apart from Kundra, the police have arrested 11 other people in the case.

Investigation of joint account of Kundra and Shilpa Shetty
Apart from this, a financial auditor has been appointed by the Mumbai Police to probe the involvement of Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty in their money trail and pornography racket. News agency ANI quoted sources as saying that in the investigation so far, the crime branch has found transactions worth crores of rupees from the joint account of Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra. The crime branch suspects that the earnings from ‘Hotshot’ and ‘Boli Fame’ apps were deposited in this joint account. The police is also trying to find out whether the earnings from these apps were not used in bitcoins.

Earlier on Saturday, the police said that four employees of Kundra have become witnesses against him in the pornography racket case. It is understood that Raj Kundra’s troubles have increased with the former employees becoming a witness. The police have made Kundra the main accused in this racket case.
