Hungama 2 Release, Cast and Other Detail: There is going to be a ruckus on the OTT platform on this Friday i.e. 23rd July. Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s film Hungama 2 is going to be released amid the arrest of husband Raj Kundra in porn racket. After 14 years with this film, Shilpa Shetty is returning to films, for which the audience is very excited. Shilpa Shetty appeared on the big screen in 2007 in the films ‘Life in Metro’ and ‘Apne’.

Work on this film started in January 2020. The makers had also fixed the release date of 14 August 2020 but due to Corona virus, the film could not be released on time. Shooting resumed in mid-September last year and shooting was completed on February 1, 2021. Let’s know the special things of this film-

comeback film for priyadarshan too
This film is not only a comeback film for Shilpa Shetty, but also a comeback for Priyadarshan. Priyadarshan’s earlier Bollywood film ‘Rangrez’ came in 2013. After this Priyadarshan did not make Hindi films.

Recreation of Shilpa’s song
The hit song ‘Chura Ke Dil Mera’ from the early days of Shilpa’s career has been recreated in this film. In the film, she will be seen dancing to the same song with Meezaan Jaffrey. There will be two more songs in this film. All three songs are penned by lyricist Sameer, sung by Benny Dayal, Anmol Malik, Neeti Mohan, Naksh Aziz and Mika Singh.

Hungama doesn’t have a sequel
The name of this film is definitely Hungama 2 but it is not a sequel to the 2003 film Hungama. Priyadarshan himself said that due to being a comedy film, it has been named Hungama 2, it is not a sequel to Hungama.

Due to the Corona epidemic, the makers decided to bring Hungama 2 on OTT instead of releasing it in theatres. The film will release on July 23 on Disney Plus Hotstar.
