Hyderabad: The second phase of IPL 14, which was left incomplete due to Corona infection, is going to start in UAE on 19 September. All the teams have started preparations afresh for this. Some teams have reached UAE and some teams are working on plans to reach UAE.
Dubai will be the team’s base camp
In such a situation, one-time champion Sunrisers Hyderabad has announced that she will reach UAE on 1 September. The second phase of IPL will start on 19 September and will go on till 15 October. According to the information, Sunrisers Hyderabad will make Dubai their base and will finalize their preparations at the ICC Academy.
On the other hand, Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings have already reached UAE and completed their quarantine period. The first match of the second phase of IPL 14 will also be played between these two teams.
Sunrisers Hyderabad is the fifth team to release the travel plan. Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals, Punjab Kings have already released their plans. Delhi team will reach UAE on 21st August and Punjab on 29th August. Sunrisers Hyderabad team has been asked to assemble in Mumbai on 1st September. After the RTPCR test report comes negative here, all the players will reach Dubai via chartered plane.
