Actor Madhav Moghe, who was seen in hits like Damini, Ghatak, Partner and Vinashak, has passed away. Madhav Moghe breathed his last on Sunday at the age of 68. Actor Madhav Moghe was in the last stage of lung cancer. The actor was also very famous for his mimicry shows. He often acted in TV shows as ‘Thakur’ from Sholay.
In comedy shows, Madhav was very popular for his mimicry of Sholay’s ‘Thakur’. He was called the second copy of Sanjeev Kumar. He used to bring out his voice exactly like Thakur and was adept at mimicry. He played the role of Thakur of Sholay in MTV Fully Faltu.
Madhav Moghe was not keeping well for a month. He was diagnosed with lung cancer after his family took him to a hospital in Mumbai. His daughter Prachi told, ‘He passed away this morning at his residence. He was diagnosed with last stage lung cancer. He was brought back home from the hospital yesterday itself.
