Former South African wicketkeeper and current head coach Mark Boucher is the wicketkeeper with the most catches in Test cricket. He has taken a record 532 catches in 281 innings of 147 Tests. Former Australian wicketkeeper Adam Gilchrist is in second place with 379 catches in 191 innings of 96 Tests.

Former Australia wicketkeeper Ian Healy is third in terms of taking most catches as a wicketkeeper. He took 366 catches in 224 innings of 119 Tests. Australia’s Rod Marsh is fourth with 343 catches in 182 innings of 96 Tests. Former West Indies wicketkeeper Peter Dujon is fifth on the list with 265 catches in 150 innings of 81 Tests. Former Australia wicketkeeper Brad Haddin is sixth with 262 catches in 128 innings of 66 Tests. Watling and MS Dhoni are ranked seventh and eighth respectively.
