Mumbai: Indian limited overs vice-captain Rohit Sharma is currently in England for the five-match Test series. The Indian team players are on a three-week break since the WTC final. Rohit Sharma enjoyed a break during this period and in the meantime took the time to sell his property in Lonavala. Rohit Sharma has sold his house in Lonavala for a hefty amount of Rs 5.25 crore.

The sprawling house was of 6259 sq ft and was registered by the 34-year-old on June 1. On 29 May 2021, the deal of this house was officially decided and Rohit Sharma also paid the stamp duty of 26 lakh rupees. The name of the person who bought the house from Rohit Sharma is Sushma Ashok Saraf. Many players of the Indian team have bought houses due to investment or for a holiday. Whenever he goes with his family or close friends, he stays there.

Rohit Sharma is one of those people who bought a house in Lonavala, near Pune. According to the report of MoneyControl.com, the reason behind Rohit Sharma’s sale of the property could not be ascertained. Apart from the name of the buyer, not much information is available about Saraf, who has named the huge house.

Apart from spending a good time with his wife and daughter, 34-year-old Rohit Sharma is now up for the next challenge, which includes a five-match Test series against England. It will start from 4th August. The right-handed batsman is one of the senior players in the team and will be responsible for scoring runs at the top of the order.
