LONDON: Pakistan suffered their second consecutive embarrassing defeat at the hands of second-class England team on Saturday. In the match played at the historic Lord’s, Pakistan captain Babar Azam won the toss and invited England to bat first. The match started late due to rain and both the innings were reduced to 47-47 overs. The entire team of England, who came to bat first, was all out after scoring 247 runs in 45.2 overs. In reply, Pakistan’s team was bundled out for 195 runs in 41 overs and lost the match by 52 runs as well as lost the series.

There were many mistakes in the match with Pakistan, which captain Babar Azam also admitted after the match.
