Harbhajan feels that it will be difficult to ignore these two in the Indian team for the T20 World Cup 2021.

Harbhajan said in a conversation with Sports Tak, ‘You can judge a player by his performance. The way Prithvi Shaw and Ishan Kishan have batted in international matches shows how capable both are and it would be difficult to ignore them for the T20 World Cup. If you want to win the World Cup, you need such players. Both do not see who is bowling on behalf of the opposition team. They just enjoy their natural game. Let us inform that Shaw has made his T20 International debut whereas Shaw has played only Test and ODI matches for India. He is yet to represent India in the shortest format.

Both Shaw and Kishan have consistently performed well in domestic cricket. Along with this, both have made a tremendous impression on behalf of their respective teams in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Shaw is part of Delhi Capitals and Ishan is associated with Mumbai India. Apart from praising Shaw and Ishan, Harbhajan also said that Suryakumar Yadav has secured his spot for the T20 World Cup.

Harbhajan said, ‘Shaw and Ishaan should not be ignored on the basis of their performance. Even if the selectors have to replace a senior player, they should go ahead and do so. I also feel that Suryakumar Yadav has cemented his place for the T20 World Cup. He not only plays an aggressive brand of cricket but also has the ability to defend his wicket. At the same time, he also has the ability to score fast.
