VVS Laxman told Star Sports, ‘Well, it is a big squad, consisting of 20 players. But I will go with Shikhar Dhawan, Prithvi Shaw as the opener, No. 3 batsman will be Suryakumar Yadav. Sanju Samson will be at number 4 in ODIs. No. 5 will be with Manish Pandey, No. 6 I will go with Hardik Pandya, No. 7 with Krunal Pandya. My team will have two fast bowlers – Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Deepak Chahar while two spinners – Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal. This is my ODI XI.

Irfan Patha made only one change in the team

At the same time, Irfan Pathan also seemed to agree with Laxman, but he made a change in his India XI. Pathan said, ‘I would like to make only one change. I want Hardik Pandya to bowl, so I will keep him in the team as an all-rounder. I would love to see Hardik bowl a few overs. I will add one more batsman.
