London: Former England captain Michael Vaughan says with such a weak England batting line-up, it will be difficult to beat India in the five-match Test series to be held in August-September. A two-match Test series between England and New Zealand took place just before the final match of the World Test Championship (WTC) between India and New Zealand, where the Kiwis defeated the English team 1–0.

Vaughan told Fox Cricket, ‘England’s batting order is weak. The team could improve if Jos Buttler, Ben Stokes and Chris Woakes come back. But without changing this batting order and without understanding how to score big against good bowlers, I don’t think it will last. India will be tough to beat with this batting order. I can’t understand it until England make a change or two.’
