T20 International series between Australia and hosts Bangladesh at Shere Bangla Stadium on Tuesday (BAN vs AUS 1st T20I) has begun. In the first T20 match of the series, something happened which had never happened till date. Bangladesh beat the Australian team by 24 runs in the first T20. This is Bangladesh’s first win over Australia in T20 history. When Nasum Ahmed was selected for the first time in the 2019-20 Bangladesh Premier League, he came into the limelight while playing for Chittagong Challengers. In March this year, he was selected in the team for the T20 series against New Zealand on the tour of New Zealand. In the very first match, Nasum took 2 wickets for 30 runs. However, after that he could not take a single wicket in three matches. Now on Tuesday, he has once again caught everyone’s attention by performing brilliantly against Australia.
